Vacuum Conveying System Overview
Aptech has its own testing rig that can be set up into one of two configurations:

From this data we derive high confidences levels for scale up parameters together with competitive and efficient sizing and selection of equipment.
We also have a fabricated ‘box’ that can be fitted with aeration mushrooms or ‘vyon-d’ sintered plastic. This is particularly useful in examining the way products behave when discharging from hoppers and containers.
To carry out a test we need approx 40 –50 L of product
Tests may be chargeable, price on application.
Charged tests may be reimbursable against further order placement.
