- Our own unique ‘PNEUCON’ software yielding key information required in optimum sizing of pneumatic conveying systems
- Established network of suppliers and fabricators delivering quality and flexibility to our projects
- Workshop facilities permitting storage, pre-build and testing of equipment prior to delivery to site
- Comprehensive and regularly used EN standards library
- Established Quality Management System mirroring the requirements of ISO9001 but able to adapt to all our customers needs. You are welcome to audit or review our system
- Experience and detailed knowledge of quality requirements for sourcing equipment and managing fabrications for critical processes
- Where required for large or pressure rated fabrications we use qualified NDT inspectors to support our Quality Management Program. (Example Quality Plans and documentation packages available on request)
- Sound understanding of ATEX / DSEAR, CE and PED
- Understanding of the importance of supporting documentation. Such as for Installation, Operation, Safety and Quality Compliance (examples available on request)
- Standard, enhanced or bespoke documentation packages are available for integration into any project. Incorporating PIDs, Device Lists, FDSs, Equipment Data sheets, Electrical and Automation Diagrams, General Arrangement Drawings, Inspection and Test Procedures
