Project Management Overview
- We can deliver projects in ‘Kit-Form’, transportable skids, partnership or fully site installed turnkey packages
- Effective use of planning and communication tools to ensure timeline ‘drift’ and scope ‘creep’ are minimised. Where required, timing and status reporting can be implemented
- We understand the importance of allied project functions such as existing operations or new build disciplines such as civils installations
- We often have to be flexible and to dovetail into overall / larger project structures and tailor our approach to best suit the end aims of the entire project cycle
- Clear, open communication at all stages of the project
- Each project is closely managed and subject to routine reviews and quality assurance procedures appropriate to the project and end user’s requirements
- Keen focus on our suppliers and their conformance to the overall plan
- Flexible documentation packages can be incorporated into the scope of supply for handover at the end of the project
- Our site operations are fully supported by comprehensive RA&MS’s bespoke to each activity using experience gained over many years in many different environments
