Filterless Closed Loop Conveying Overview
- Closed loop (usually vacuum) conveying, incorporating a cyclone separating receiver without a filter
- Multistage axial fan with specific modifications causes further separation of carried over fines
- Frequently use in the animal feed industry, this method is used where species specific products cross contamination is to be minimised
- Conveying atmosphere can be given additional drying or just left to balance at low humidity levels due to the effect of the product
