Sack HandlingSack Tipping StationsOur range of sack tipping stations provide a safe, dust free method of manually emptying bags and sacks containing powders and granules. The operator places the sack on the table and opens the door which automatically activates the dust filter fan. This provides a through draught of air, ensuring any dust from the sack is drawn up into the sack tip unit and away from the operator's face. The operator slits the sack with a knife and empties the contents into the hopper. A safety grid prevents the sack falling into the hopper. When finished, the door is closed which stops the dust filter fan and activates the reverse jet cleaning cycle. When material has been discharged, a low level probe activates an impact vibrator, ensuring complete discharge.
Big Bag and Sack CompactorsA simple and easy solution for the dust free handling and compacting of FIBC big bags and 25kg sacks. Empty bags are placed into the feeder and a heavy duty compacting screw with decreasing pitch draws the bag in and compacts it. The screw feeds the compacted bag into a press sack which can hold up to 80 compacted bags.
